🎯 What is ARRL Field Day?

ARRL Field Day is the most popular on-the-air event held annually in the U.S. and Canada. Every June, more than 35,000 radio amateurs gather with their clubs, groups, or as individuals to operate under simulated emergency conditions.

It’s part contest, part emergency communication drill, and part public outreach—and you’re invited to be a part of it!

📻 What You Can Expect:

  • Live radio operations on HF, VHF, and UHF bands
  • Demonstrations of emergency power, antennas, and equipment
  • Get on the air (GOTA) station for newcomers to try operating with the help of an experienced mentor
  • Digital modes, voice, CW (Morse code) and satellite contact demonstrations
  • Meet local amateur radio operators and learn how to get your FCC license
  • Food, fellowship, and fun for all ages!

👪 Open to the Public

This is a family-friendly event, and visitors of all ages are welcome! Whether you’re curious about ham radio, interested in emergency preparedness, or just want to learn something new, stop by!
